In addition to our 30-day return policy, every mower from Redwood Trading LLC comes with a comprehensive 2-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in the engine, cutting deck, electrical system, drive system, and frame.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
For returns due to product defects or our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
